Incredibly, just a few days after Generations' release in the US and on the very same day of the Italian (and many other European countries) release, EA Games has announced the fifth expansion pack for The Sims 3, Pets!
The game, as widely anticipated by the two "pirate" trailers of a couple of months ago, will be in store in October, available for any platform (PC, Mac, XboX 36, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS), allowing your SIms to adopt several kinds of animals. In particular, the PC/Mac version of The Sims 3 Pets will feature cats, dogs, horses, snakes, hamsters and iguanas (news taken from the fact sheet). You will be able to give traits to your pets and build their own personalities. As for the horses, you will be able to use them to go around the town or for racing and hurdle jumping.
This is certainly something a lot of players have been waiting for, and now the dreams has come true! We're waiting for further news, but in the meantime you can enjoy the trailer and the official screenshots of The Sims 3 Pets.
